Who We Are
Hilary's Cookies is an all natural scratch bakery located in the Lincoln Square neighborhood in Chicago. We are famous for our soft and chewy vegan cookies sold at our bakery, local farmers markets, and the Midwest region of Whole Foods! We also make a variety of non-vegan items including our famous English style buttermilk scones, sweet focaccia, gluten-free brownie bites, & butter shortbread just to name a few.
